Privacy notice

Kaine9 Adventures is run by me, Kaine Lidster, as a sole trader. This page explains how I use personal information from this website.

How to contact me

For privacy or data-rights requests, use the contact form or call me on 07555 087511. Please say that your message is about privacy so I can treat it accordingly.

What I collect, and why

I collect information so I can reply to enquiries, arrange a free initial consultation, and look after your dog if you book my services.

Through the contact form I receive your name, email address, area or postcode, message, and a phone number if you choose to leave one.

Free consultation bookings are made through the consultation page. The booking calendar is provided by Cal.com. When you book, you give Cal.com the details needed to arrange that meeting, such as your name, contact details and any questions I ask about your dog. Cal.com then shares the booking with me so I can meet you.

Who helps me run the site

The website is hosted by Vercel. Contact-form messages are sent by email using Resend. I write and update website content in Sanity. Consultation times are booked through Cal.com.

These companies only see the information needed to provide their part of the service. I do not sell your details.

Cookies and similar technology

The marketing pages themselves do not set a cookie banner or use advertising trackers. The contact form does not use cookies.

If you use the consultation calendar, Cal.com may set its own cookies or similar technology so the booking page can work. That is controlled by Cal.com, not by extra scripts I have added.

How long I keep it

I keep enquiry and booking details only for as long as I need them to deal with your request and, if we go ahead, to provide the service safely. I then delete or anonymise them when they are no longer needed.

Your rights

You can ask me for a copy of the personal information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it where I no longer need it. Use the contact details at the top of this page.

You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office if you are unhappy with how your information has been handled.
